I have just dumped Talk Talk absolutely hopeless. Arranged to upgrade to fibre but when it came they wanted to give me a new tele number as well. Cancelled the fibre upgrade but they managed to cut me off completely and would not reinstate anything. Far East call centre unintelligible. Internet less for 3 weeks. Signed up with BT at 48Mbps instead of Talk Talks 2 Mbps!!
