I have a 2014 4/4. Yesterday on a 13 mile run I found the rear offside wire wheel hub very hot to touch. Today I took off the wire wheel and removed the brake drum.. It came off fairly easily. I tapped the pads and cylinder.. Put drum back on... Again fairly easily. Went for same run.. Wheel was now warm to the touch but not nearly as hot.The car is easy to push on the flat.
Do folk think I need to replace the cylinder or will it probably be ok?.... Or is there anything else I can do?
