Political correctness gone mad. I think this nonsense could only happen, unfortunately, in the English speaking world. What are they trying to do, kill any sense of romance in the language?

Even though boats and ships may be given male names at least in Italian the words for boat, ship, car and motorcycle are all feminine gender.
