My 2005 4/4 with the same electronic speedo has done similar things, on a few occasions the speedo needle has just dropped briefly to zero, then flicked back up again. I've always assumed it's a Morgan trait, like misting instruments, etc. If they don't find a fault, just accept it, unless it is affecting your driving.
