The same is true of the Avon CR6ZZ and Morgan have fitted them as O/E. Reading the legislation, the legal responsibility seems to lie with the tyre seller/distributor. Since Morgan suspension and steering designs pre 1990 and post 1990 are basically the same it could be argued that current Morgans can use these tyres!
