I think this has been covered in some earlier threads. Most ECU's are fixed with the ability to compensate for a certain amount of variability. So, for example driving from sea level to Denver (mile high). From what people have said, the ECU can compensate for most stage 1 changes. I do not see an oxygen sensor post cat,, so that should not change things much (taking them out).
On My '05 Road King even a stage one filter had HD wanting you to remap the computer (at an additional $$). After all, "HD" stands for "hundred dollars".
