Congratulations on ordering your new Morgan, exiting time.
I'm relatively new to Morgan ownership and whilst I do routine maintenance ( my brother is an old school mechanic and keeps me right) I chose to put my car to Revolutions for what they call a full nut and bolt service. My brother suggested it's best to have the dealer stamp in the service history, at least for the early years of the car.
I would recommend you do the same, sure it's not cheap, but considering what you've paid for the car, well worth it.
I can vouch personally for the quality of Peter's mechanical skills, my plus 4 drove like a new car on the way home from Perth.
