Personally I wouldn't like to be hit with a hammer. We go to all the trouble of making sure that this bolt and that bolt is tightened to the recommended torque, then we wallop the spinners randomly with a hammer!
I use the MG Owners Club wheel hub wrench.
The difference here is that after you have tightened the spinners with the thor hammer, the Rudge type ( which Morgans are I believe ) tighten themselves and in 10 years of doing this to mkore cars than I care to remember I have never had one come loose
