We keep planning on driving the NC 500 and then booking something else. Next year for example was definitely the NC 500. Then the MSCC travel club advertised the Lake Garda / Stelvio Pass trip for next June. Italy won the day. Possibly in 2021.
Paul, we did the lakes with them a few years ago. If you staying at the Hotel Stocker before the Stelvio then you will come over the Fluella pass which is wonderful.
You will also drive past lake Iso on a high level road. Go down to the lake there are many great lake side restaurants for lunch.
