Yet again, I am very new to Morgan - I met the great awakening in March this year

and I am now looking forward to meet my M3W.
What is the status now regarding the M3W and what will happen during the coming months?
Some reflexions from the “outside” – true or false?
What I have seen so far from Morgan are impressive products with a high level of workmanship, attention to detail and great enthusiasm among EVERYONE involved. The value of the Morgan Company seems to be in the brand but even more in the knowledge and skills of all employees?
There is also no room for a “Monday morning” example when people have invested their savings and waited for years in fulfilling their dream. I guess they are fully aware of these expectations?
So what we have seen so far is lovely prototypes, no one seems to be able to see it without having comments. This is good and from what I have heard developers at Morgan have got big ears and listens a lot to customer input?
Product development is never a straight line but a lot of parallel processes that hopefully ends up meeting and working together in the end. This is easy on the paper but not in reality. Time planning is extremely difficult because you do not know how many “PD-loops” you need, but of course have to be done and reevaluated. After seeing Simons videos (me being remote - thanks again) it is now clear that we now have a more or less fully functional prototype – impressive. This will now be extensively tested (hope Asbos lost fillings didn’t cost a fortune to repair) and evaluated but is very much still under development?
Probably some more early prototypes will/or are already being built to add up the mileage and experience. Parallel to this the new production unit is set up and new personnel employed and trained. Then we have the first real test which I guess is the zero-series being all the demonstrators to dealers around the world. This will be when the M3W really hit the masses...
...and also the first time when Morgan "knows" the product well enough to make supershap plans. I have heard about 200 M3W/year and I think that they are doing a great job if they fix that during the first year.
I was star struck in the same way as MOG3w so well explained it: “It was like designers had direct knowledge of the circuits leading to my pleasure centers. One look and I was lost..”.
So my question in the end to you with greater experience: can we expect a 100% fully developed car after the demonstrators being built or does the first years production include constant changes? Meaning: the later delivery, the better the car?
All the best/M3W
