No problem at all with paying for the materials if required Reg.
The cars are far from cheap and I also have a yearly service on my cars (or sooner if mileage demands it).
Its the unnecessary ambiguity of what is included and what isn't that bugs me.
There should be clarity on the work needed to be carried out, if a full service is needed at 1000 miles so be it, don't fanny about with 'this bits free that bit isn't'
A 'vehicle check' should be an integral part of any service.
