I was told not to use superglue on the windscreen. The coefficient of expansion is different & you could crack the glass. There are special glues out there at Halfrauds etc
Yes don’t use superglue on the glass windscreen to put the mirror back on
There are special bonding pads that are available for the job which the adhesive is loosened by heat
Superglue being acrylic is good for sidescreens knobs though
