I have a digital subscription. For what it's worth the "Where To Stay" feature of hotel reviews started in issue #75 Sept 2018 but I've been through every issue from the latest back to May 2018 and I can't find that particular review.
I've just discovered I could have saved myself a lot of effort by using the mogmag website. All the "Where To Stay" articles are online here:
