It's all getting very high tech, isn't it..?

It's remarkable that they have the data, but don't appear to use it commercially. I may be wrong, but isn't it all about permissions when you're loaded with things like this..? The information on movements will rely upon satellites and the usual GPS points, and it's my understanding that currently, the accuracy isn't sufficient to beyond 'Reasonable Doubt'. Again, I may be wrong on that one. Either way, investigating a murder has certainly moved on in Midsummer village..!

On a separate note, I read somewhere that the insurance 'black box' initiative for newly qualified drivers has been proven to be so faulty it's almost fraudulent.

Speed limiting however, is a much different matter.. Over speeding could even be handled away from the Police then. DVLA for instance.. And they NEVER make mistakes, do they..?
