Yes, good idea. When I had a Caterham, and was a member of the Lotus 7 Club, their "Spotted" forum was quite widely used. See
here. Trouble was that the closing speed of two Caterhams was high and therefore difficult to read the full reg plate. If I came across one astern or ahead we usually stopped, got out and shook hands. So no need to report that "spot".
