I finally got my Avatar to load after many many tries following all possible instruction and using the TM upload site, by using the second "Image URL" link (NOT the BBCode as per the instructions) on the embedded codes page of the tm-img.com site. I didn't change anything, just copy and pasted it. Well that is an hour of my life I can never get back LOL.... Hope this helps someone
