If the owner of the information contacts MSCC Membership Secretary, she would be able to alert the current owner (if it is on the MSCC records) re: contact details of the person making the request. It is then up to the current owner whether they get in touch.

Oh that's good to know, it could be helpful for the lad trying to trace the owner for a very nice reason.
