What damage caused it to be Cat D?
Who did the repair?
Do they have documentation , photos, paperwork for the repair?
It looks nice in the photos BUT........
A few years ago I went to see a Porsche 944 to use as a regular drive. Knew the owner from work. Nice looking car with just minor wear and tear. A front wing impact damage repair was photographed and it was a pukka job. It looked like a deal would be done......
While talking about servicing, MOT etc he let slip that his garage were struggling with emissions and several attempts to cure it had failed. They were a sympathetic garage though! A game changer! It was a Porsche! Possible ££££. Walked away. Shame as it was a nice car otherwise.
