Hi Dutch, on your behalf I’ve just rung Allon White and spoke with John Bellinger there. He confirmed that he had replied to your request on the 8th (and also again today). It could be that there was a typo in the e-mail address you supplied or the reply may have ended up in your junk mail ... Hope this helps
