The +8 is roofless. Have had a couple of problems in the UK with the ticket dissolving in rain when fixed to the windscreen. It's an even bigger problem if you use a storm cover in a public pay and display car park. How do you attach the ticket. Came badly unstuck in old town Tallinn in 2016 again with overnight rain dissolving the ticket.
