A Class B car is another matter altogether , they make excellent road cars. You would probably want to spruce up the interior, and there will probably be a few bodywork issues to deal with and get rid of the plumbed in fire system, but the power and handling will be just fine. However if you are thinking of doing all that then why not buy a good road car and upgrade the performance to your liking?
