Antifreeze......I checked for compatibility by mixing new and old overnight. Morgan use Morris, so I'm thinking this is original anyway.



Finally I replaced my lower valance. I had read that replacement radiators were deeper than the originals, and so I had planned to modify my lower valance as necessary. As it turned out, the replacement radiator fitted exactly as the original had, and so the lower valance fitted straight back on. I added the over-riders, the grille, and number plate box. Inside the cowl, I’ve tidied it up with a carbon fibre bottom panel and side ducting made from neoprene. The GDI air intake goes over the top of the radiator to admit cooler air from the cowl, but the replacement radiator is slightly taller, and so this may need further thought. And that’s all there is to it!
The engine cover needed a slight reshape to clear the top hose.
