Pic below of a 1.8 on the left and the 2.0 on the right. You should be able to zoom in and see part num and the differences. If you search ebay with “Mk3 Mondeo throttle body” there are always some for sale. I recently purchased a die cast aluminium 2.0L version

Just a point regarding your original post. I don’t know if this will give you more grunt at the lower end but might allow a bit more air though at the top end. If you want a tad more grunt then a re-map perhaps might be the answer.
