I have now replaced my wing lights and also the parking bulbs in the headlights with stronger LED's which I intend to use as day time running lights, these lights do not come on with the ignition but when l select park/side lights. My concern was that when selecting head lights the bulbs in the headlights remain on and how this wii be viewed during the MOT, I will know the answer on Wednesday when I'm booked in.

Do you have an audible warning that you have left your side parking lights on. As they are parking lights they stay on even when key removed. I have left mine on a couple of times for extended period. Fortunately on both occasions the car did start after a struggle.
