It could have happened when i topped up the tank but with a extended range tank l usually stop before any "click". No need to give the tank a good shake the roads in my area do a very good job at this. It looks as if l do need to remove the float from the tank l would need to remove the tank first as there is very little head room to the ash frame.


Of course you could go that difficult route first but I would try the connection route and see.


Obviously I will be testing all the connections first, l was mearly voicing my frustration that if the float was the problem l would need to remove the tank in order to extract it.
