Hi All,

Long time lurker here, been enjoying and making use of your collective knowledge, so thank you one and all for the same. A pleasure to finally join the fraternity and share in the passion for these wonderful machines!

I’ve experienced numerous Morgan’s from behind the wheel and as a passenger over the years, but finally pulled the trigger on a just the right Classic +8. My late father had put his name down for a build slot in the late 90’s, but sadly passed short of it coming up. In the turmoil of it all that car never happened, so finding one from the year it would have been, in the spec he’d have wanted, is a delight beyond description. Thus, our ‘new’ arrival is named “Gelson”, his middle name, and while nothing physically to do with him, feels somewhat like having a part of him back....

Here she is being unloaded under typically British weather for the most British of sports cars; the next generation looking on.

Great to be here. Thanks to you all.

James.
