I also use a Rigid Swivel Tube 3 Jaw Tecalemit (Plymouth England)with Lever Grip, which also has a handy Pressure Release Screw, which I have had for 'donkeys years

I find that with it having the long fixed swivel tube the overrider brackets can still get in the way buy have just purchased a trolley jack so hopefully the extra height will solve that problem

With the car Jacked Up it will reach the Upper Nipples Straight On over the wheel top.
Easter is right in that the Nipples need to be turned to allow a perfect 'Straight Coupling' with whatever angle you are working from

Any slight 'Off Angle' and the Grease will easily escape

Also the Back Pressure from the Upper Nipples make them hard to fill with my weakening grip.
