Since I know the Centa drives are a popular topic, I thought I’d ask a question.
I was at the factory a few months ago and happened to snap some pictures of centa housings. I’d heard of these things and was very curious as I didn’t know how they worked.
I’m looking at them now and see what I guess is the slot for the starter on the outside and a perfectly round hole I assume is the inspection hole under the car. There appears to be another very wide opening on the other side though. Can someone enlighten me on what that’s for? Is it a new design? Seems like it would end up topside (seems at 180 degrees of the inspection hole.
