I'm reading the above as it won't start straight away but will if you do the 3x priming first?
Was the temp below about 5c? If so the battery will need "warming up" by switching the headlights on for 30 secs or so then switch off the lights and try starting.
If you have a power pack or can jump the battery then does it start normally.?
Is the conditioner suitable for a Lithium battery? You can't use a non Lithium charger or conditioner as these will damage the battery.
Also worth loosening the battery leads, give them a wiggle/clean and tighten back up to make sure you've got a good connection
Check the earth strap from the battery negative (black) to where its bolted to the chassis.
