Not sure if the standard tall roll hoop option (with headrests) is the same as the Australian requirement, but I suspect it is, and I factory ordered mine with the luggage rack and the tall roll hoops plus headrests. Attachment fitting shown below, it bolts through well away from the headrest.
This was a March 2020 build just before the factory shut down.
