Is there a technique for removing car covers that avoids coping with unwieldy bundles of fabric and ends with a neatly stowed cover?

The cover folds up nicely and has a neat bag to store in. However, that relies on having space to lay it out and fold nicely, and takes much more time. My 'rolling' method removes it quickly, and makes recovering quick and easy too.

If I understand it correctly, rolling the cover would result in the clean interior layer becoming dirty due to being in contact with the exterior layer.
