You can get a short shift kit from Librands, so if your feeling in the modification mood you could always fit that as well
Librands don’t have the short shift kits anymore

They do, I sorted that a while ago.
There is a thread I posted a while back with the details, requires ordering a part from BMW then sending it to them tho..
Albeit if yours is all in one kit, makes sense to give you a call as your stuff is always spot on anyway!
