Okay here is the latest chapter. The PPG codes in the above Formula Recipe are for water-based primers. My local paint shop said they couldn't translate those to silicone or solvent based one-and-done touch up kit. They recommended I go to a local auto collision garage and just ask them to mix with their primers. For 30 dollars a local shop mixed about 6 oz of primers only (water based) and they match really closely (we're talking 98-99%). Since it has to be sealed, I ordered a matte/eggsell clearcoat pen from ColorRite. So I think I am in business. I bought some empty 2 oz paint canisters with cap-brushes, so I think I am set. Took a little running around and research, but I can fix all the stone chips on the car now. If you own one of these matte military green RAFs, those are your paint codes above.
