DRGM and Blosta are both German in origin. Looks like some kind of journeyman carpenters set. Completely devoid of any kind of spanner so unlikely to be motorcycle related.
EDIT - bit of sunday mornig research - BLOSTA DGRM are an early 20th Century German made 'multi tool' - the wooden handle hinges open and you can fit the various metal tool parts in there.
OK apologies if I misled you, whatever it is (I haven't a clue, just read the description off the auction site) it is nicely presented.
