I drove a 22MY Plus Four yesterday with the Comfort seats which are supplied as standard and they are very comfortable with good side bolsters that hold you in well. The lumbar support is adjustable via a little balloon just like on my Roadster. The Comfort Plus seats are extra on the Plus Four but standard on the Plus Six. No idea what they are like.
