Yep ... that's sufficient to make it a special in my book .... most people's thoughts would be to do the conversion the other way! 🙂
Tho, having lived in a 17th Century house where previous occupants had plasterboarded over an 8 ft wide stone ingle-nook fireplace with a huge ship's beam for a lintel .... then put a '50s little tile fireplace in front .... I never underestimate the pull of being 'modern' ... however odd it seems in retrospect.
Still a lovely car ... and with an unusual story ... another 'subtle' one you'd need to know your stuff to spot as it drove by
