ACF 50 for me and put it in a small bottle with a plastic nozzle which I got in a goody bag with an ACF50 sample in it.
This is exactly what I do. Once a year. The small bottle is refilled from a larger bottle.
Also the rear leaf springs are lubricated with bikers chain lube squirt. Helps keep the squeaks at bay.
