yesterday I was out to buy some bikeparts.
The shop I visit has now PASHLEY bikes, and some Guv‘nors and some MORGAN in stock. The Morgans are all massive reduced.
Now, the pockets are deep enough, but I don‘t trust the Sturmey 3Speed hubs and brakedrums in cause I‘ve got some bad experience in the past. So the 8speed Alfine? There are also brakes I don‘t trust I. Cause they are no longer produced and there are no spares available.
Is here someone who got such a bike? Was the bike much in use for some miles? What is the experience in the real world?
Or is it only a nice toy to own and have a look at it?
