Not much use to you but my local tyre depot supplied & fitted 2 Blockleys, tubes & balanced recently for £286. They would not remove the wheels I had to take them in. You dont need tape with reinforced tubes. Is it the balancing of wire wheels they baulk at? As suggested a motorcycle shop can do that.
