I have discovered the problem with the top menu bar.
Our version was slightly customised to show a menu item that would otherwise not display until a user logged in. This customised section did not function with the latest upgrade. As far as I can see the issue was only a problem with telephones. I could not replicate it at first because I only tried it on desktops and a tablet. I then thought to try it on my phone and saw the problem.
It also looks as though the latest version has removed the possibility of uploads from a URL. Probably a copyright infringement issue.
I have removed our customised header until I can get time to fix it so it should be working pretty much as usual now.
