It's wet judder, I have the outer two slightly better, but the middle one is still not good. I squeezed the rivets a bit to take out some of the slack and squeezed the arm to blade fittings. I already have the screen treated with Rain-x I have used it on all my cars for a long time. I also see that on the sweep the blades go over the edge of the screen frame, I can't see how to eliminate this, as it is the total sweep angle on the motor assembly.
