Richard you could well be right. Over the years I have never been totally sure.
Think MOG magazine had an article on a Caliper rebuild, which mentioned the orientation of the H springs. If anyone has still got their copy, maybe they could check.
I certainly will be interested in opinions from the professionals as am struggling with a bit of brake squeal that so far I have only managed to stop by using anti squeal stick on pads. But using them makes brake maintenance a “pita”. Also as recently found they don’t really stand up to a track day. (They deform)
