Ok re brake Swithch, adding to Leroy's missive, my old 4/4 had an issue with lights doing random stuff, I traced it down to a clear rectangular relay behind the middle of the dash which semed to screenwash in it from the pipe leaking into it. Very disconcerting on the M20 at night returning from France when all the dash and lights kept going off and on.
