If you saw the 54 car which was the subject of a recent article in Miscellany you may be interested to know that this car is for sale at South West Vehicle Auctions: https://www.swva.co.uk/classic-car/morgan-plus-4-1954
The guide price is a modest £5,500 to 7,500.

This is probably a much better restoration project than the 1953 DHC currently for sale at BerryBrook: https://www.berrybrookmorgan.co.uk/...956-morgan-plus-four-restoration-project
The asking price for this one is £11,995.

I saw this car over the weekend and noticed that the rear panel is not correct (missing the end strips from top to bottom) and the chassis does not have rear trunnion - when did they phase these out? The wood frame is also pretty shot at the back (doors droop) and the car's left-hand drive: surely an expensive project for a cowled rad DHC?
