Dales - it’s not the fact there is a recall - all manufacturers have them - it’s the crass lack of transparency and the failing to honour promises about warranty work that is exercising everybody. They say that they are communicating with CX owners - well I haven’t had any communication that I haven’t originated.! The responses to my emails has been Abismal to say the least -see my mail in the brakes recall thread. Those 1200 or so people who spent a considerable sum on a new car deserve better
They apparently have an aftersales department - I think they either should get the finger out or be fired before The company’s reputation is destroyed
