All our cutlery is on long term "loan" from British Airways Business Class.....
In the kitchen we have a set bought from Lakeland....much cheaper than the "posh kitchen shop" and the blades are, it seems, of the same quality.
Yes, they need sharpening regularly, but all good knives do.
