Nigel, The radiator I had fabricated measures 14.5 inches by 20.0 inches. I have a friend in the radiator busines and he said he used the latest technology (whatever that is!) for the core. I have the fan thermoswitch located in the bottom tank and the temperature sender in the thermostat housing at the rear of the head.
