Hello. I rebuilt my 1971 4/4 4seater side screens a couple of years ago. It was not a straightforward job but they look good and I am happy. I used Lexan for the window bits, and a conventional Black PVC covered material bought from an upholstery supplies store. If you would like to send me a private message I can share some photos.
