Slightly off topic, but as this forum hopefully has fans of V twin engines I hope this is of interest.

The short video link below is of an early test run of a V twin engine I have recently completed.
The design, of USA origin, is loosely based on a Harley practice, hence the design name of Hoglet.
It is approx 30cc and with an open crankcase design. So it is not intended for serious work - no crankshaft lube, more a demonstration piece where the gubbins can be seen working.
There are no castings - all from various grades of aluminium and cast iron.

In the link I had not finished the petrol tank, hence the plastic dangling affair !
It runs on pump unleaded plus a shot of two stoke oil for good luck.

Thanks for watching.

I am still getting to grips with the carb, hence the spit back of fuel half way through!
