It is IVA'd and taxed as a car despite its light weight.
But how does it sidestep car regs, things like ‘pedestrian collision’ regs with a V twin on the front or it having cycle wings on the rear or exposed exhausts down the sides?
I’ve just read Autocars write up on the Pendleton t24 and it says that it falls into a less stringent Individual Vehicle Approval build rules so I’m guessing that’s only allowed up to them building a very small number a year or each one registered as being unique. Don’t know how it works
